Each tastefully furnished, well appointed unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room that pulls out into a comfortable full size bed (extra linens included). Outside of each unit is a quaint granite gravel patio flanked by expansive shade trees with a table and chairs to relax and socialize.
We distinguish ourselves from most “Vacation Rental” properties as we strive to provide more of a “Boutique Hotel” experience than that of a traditional “Vacation Rental”. With an onsite manager available 24/7 we are able to provide guest with anything they desire to make their stay more comfortable – you can be assured your every need will be met. Great location, upscale design, great stay
Former apartments for students converted into unique experience for Waco. As described, this is more akin to a boutique hotel with full kitchen and en-suite washer and dryer in each residence. Complete redesign of the space provides a casual but stylish, upscale feel with unexpected extra amenities throughout. Location is literally across the street from Baylor campus. Parking, while in an area of high demand, is no problem with provided parking pass(es) in dedicated lot. Five-star stay. If the price is right, you can’t go wrong with this property.

Would recommend to anyone! Great location right by Baylor. We walked on the campus each morning by the Brazos River! Gorgeous views. The condo was great! Recently updated and had high quality appliances. Very comfortable bed. We couldn’t have been treated any better. I plan on returning in the future!

Unbelievable location!
Came for a convention and this property exceeded our expectations. Like new and very modern with very high end kitchen and bathrooms. Location is in the middle of the Baylor campus with activity all around. Will definitely stay here again!

My family and I came to Waco to spend Christmas with our granddaughters. They live right on the edge of Baylor campus so this property was the perfect location for us. We were able to walk to my daughter’s house as well as walk all around Baylor’s beautiful campus.
The condo was nicely equipped and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were awesome! The appliances were new and handy to use. We were very comfortable staying in This condo and the location could not have better. Jack and Ashley were attentive to my questions and nicely accommodated our late arrival. We look forward to staying at this condo again!

Excellent Customer Service!
My family were taking a last-minute trip to Waco and decided to stay in this condo. Jack and Ashley were very responsive and provided excellent customer service. The condo was very clean and well decorated! The kitchen is excellent and appliances seem brand new. The large LED TV with cable was also a nice feature. The location was easy to find even at night and was very convenient to the Baylor campus. My family and I would definitely stay again!

Baylor college visit weekend
My family stayed at this fabulous condo when in Waco for a Baylor tour. The location was amazing for anything related to Baylor. They walked over to the Field house for a basketball game and commented that it was so nice to be in walking proximity to everything Baylor… The condo was spotless, well appointed and very comfortable. Jack was wonderful to work with and so prompt and responsive to any of our questions throughout the reservation and stay process. We will definitely try and stay here again if our travels take us to Waco in the future.

Can’t beat this location!
Right across the street from Baylor campus. Great location with easy access to any campus venue. A little longer walk to football stadium but a close walk to the shuttle. High quality two bedroom unit with nice full kitchen and living area. Good sized bedrooms and comfortable beds. Very easy to work with owner, pleasant and accommodative. Have stayed here twice and both experiences were great. Highly recommend, worth the price.
