Baylor Student Housing Transformed Into Vacation Rentals
1700 South 2nd has been family-owned and operated since its construction in the 70’s completed by our Patriarch, Jack Thomas, who was an athlete, football coach, and later worked and volunteered for The Baylor Bears. Having served and supported the University and the local community for well over 50 years, he had a deep passion for the University and its sense of community. Once student housing, we have recently completely remodeled and now aim to service the Baylor Community and the Waco area as a whole in their short term rental needs.

We provide guests with more of a “Boutique Hotel” experience rather than your typical “vacation rental” stay. With full hotel amenities and staff available 24hrs to meet all of your needs, we aim to please.
Although he is no longer with us it is with great pleasure that we are able to continue serving the Baylor/ Waco community for which I know he’d be proud. We hope to carry on Jack Thomas’ legacy of hospitality and generosity for many years to come.
