Former apartments for students converted into unique experience for Waco. As described, this is more akin to a boutique hotel with full kitchen and en-suite washer and dryer. Complete redesign of the space provides a casual but stylish, upscale feel with unexpected extra amenities throughout. Location is literally across the street from Baylor campus. Parking, while in an area of high demand, is no problem with provided parking pass(es) in a dedicated lot. Five-star stay.

Great place

Would recommend to anyone! Great location right by Baylor. We walked on the campus each morning by the Brazos River! Gorgeous views. The condo was great! Recently updated and had high quality appliances. Very comfortable bed. We couldn’t have been treated any better. I plan on returning in the future!
